About Skach Manufacturing Company

Skach Manufacturing Company was started in 1953 as an electrical contact and rivet manufacturer. In 1978 the company was purchased by a group headed by Will Shineflug.

Mr. Shineflug and his family's experience in cold forming date back over 70 years. The business has expanded from small electrical contacts and rivets to all types of cold formed parts and fasteners.

Since 1978, Skach has added multi-station forming equipment as well as secondary machines to shave, drill, tap, roll form, and thread roll. Our focus has shifted from commodity type parts to a wide range of sophisticated cold formed specials.

We specialize in the conversion of screw machine parts to cold formed parts. Forward a sample part or a drawing and we will promptly evaluate the feasibility of the conversion process.
